By accessing or using ProfitFlow (accessible at https://profitflow.in/), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our tools and services immediately.
2. Permitted Use & Service Description
ProfitFlow provides free calculation utilities, spreadsheet reconciliation engines, and informational guides for online marketplace suppliers. You may use our service to:
- Upload and parse standard Meesho settlement XLSX files to examine order statuses (Delivered, RTO, Customer Returns, Cancelled).
- Configure estimated purchase/manufacturing costs and per-order packaging charges.
- Export formatted Excel reconciliations for your private business analysis.
You agree not to reverse engineer our proprietary calculation engines, perform automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks, or attempt unauthorized access to other sellers' saved databases.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The software, design, branding, calculation algorithms, stylesheets, and original guides on ProfitFlow are the exclusive intellectual property of ProfitFlow Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize the service for legitimate business accounting purposes.
4. Third-Party Marketplace Disclaimer
"Meesho" is a registered trademark of Fashnear Technologies Private Limited. ProfitFlow is an independent web application and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Fashnear Technologies Private Limited. All references to Meesho and its settlement columns are purely for identifying compatible spreadsheet formats.
5. Calculation Accuracy & Financial Advice Disclaimer
While our mathematical models are designed to accurately simulate marketplace deductions (including reverse logistics, customer return shipping charges, TCS, and TDS), ProfitFlow provides calculations as analytical estimates:
- Calculations depend entirely upon the data contained in the Excel spreadsheets you upload and the SKU purchase costs you configure.
- ProfitFlow does not provide formal chartered accounting, audit, tax, or legal advice.
- Sellers are advised to verify all final financial statements with their bank accounts and official GST filings.
6. Third-Party Advertisements (Google AdSense)
ProfitFlow displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and third-party advertising partners. We do not endorse any third-party products, services, or websites linked within advertisement banners. Any interaction or transaction between you and an advertiser is solely between you and the respective third party.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt security breaches, or engage in abusive activities. Sellers may voluntarily close their accounts and request data deletion at any time via Account Settings.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
